Refund and Return Policy

For any refunds or concerns, you may review the Hit Fire VPN Terms & Conditions.

To request a refund please create a support ticket and provide the following information:

  • Hit Fire VPN Email Account
  • Subscription ID Credential
  • Invoice number or Order ID
  • Reason for Cancelation

Refund restrictions:  Refunds for cancellations, returns, or renewals of subscription products must be requested through a support ticket within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds for Fixed License Key(s) will only be permitted if the license key(s) have not been activated on a server. If it is determined by Hit Fire VPN that a product is defective, the 30-day refund requirement is waived and we will refund the balance of the purchase price attributable to the remainder of the purchase or subscription.
