Hit Fire VPN provides digital subscription services that are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests can be submitted by:
Logging into the client area and opening a support ticket, or
Emailing service@hitfirevpn.net
Approved refunds will be processed within one (1) business day.
Once processed, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on the original payment method, depending on the customer’s financial institution.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, all sales are final.
